We performed a large-scale structural analysis of the P-sites stored in Phospho3D and plotted the statistical distributions of each 3D attribute used to annotate the P-sites in the database. The analysis was carried out separately for each redundancy set. Here we report the plots for the P-sites falling on non-identical structures (PDB100).
